Exciting times are ahead as Total Lift Care continue with growth. We now require a further member of staff to complement our existing team following opening of a new regional office. The role involves taking telephone/ email/ written bookings from clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring progression of jobs to financial closure. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for engineers and managing their diaries ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with any contractual requirements imposed by our clients at all times. Good telephone manner and ability to work under pressure as requests to attend site breakdowns may require urgent priority response of an engineer being in attendance.
In Return we offer 39 Hours per week Monday-Thursday 0800-1700 and Friday 0800-1600
20 Days paid leave per annum plus paid public holidays (28 days per annum)
Rate of pay competitive and depending on experience.
Location is within our Ormskirk based head office.
